Agreement
By installing or using FriskyMouse, you agree to the terms of this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
License grant
FrostyBee grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FriskyMouse on devices you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose
Intellectual property
FriskyMouse and all related materials are the intellectual property of FrostyBee. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Disclaimer of warranties
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. FrostyBee does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrostyBee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the software.
